Welcome to the site! Glad you are excited about it and I hope you find time to contribute regularly. In case it is helpful, I'm including our standard welcome message below. --Matthew Faulconer 07:29, 7 Jan 2007 (UTC)
Hello Mormonchess,
Welcome to Feast upon the Word. The home page is a good intro to the site. The following links are also sometimes helpful to newcomers:
- Help:Editing : Basic help on how to edit a page.
- Help:Contents : Overview of help pages for this site.
- Help:Formatting : Random comments on formatting conventions of the site.
On talk pages, please sign your name. You can do this by using three tildes (~~~) which will automatically produce your name, four tildas (~~~~) produces the date as well. (When editing, clicking the 2nd-button in from the right above the editing window will insert this automatically.)
I hope you enjoy adding commentary and editing other people's commentary.
Thanks Matthew for the warm welcome! I really think this site is terrific. Mormonchess 16:42, 12 Jan 2007 (UTC)
