Exegesis
If we do not repent ourselves first then we can not imply repentance upon others. (vs.4)
Immediately after telling us that we shouldn't worry about the "morrow" because we have enough willfull disobedience to repent of each day (3 Ne 13:34), the Lord seems to be reminding us not to worry about the sins of others, but to remain primarily responsible for our own sins (vs.5).
