Many people have asked me the question if there is a God why is there no miracles like there was in the time of the Bible. I believe that miracles still exist today and God is still a God of miracles. One time while playing sports my habd accidentally got kicked pretty badly. I had no idea what to do about it and I didn't want to have to go to the doctors because my family didn't have health insurance at the time and it was so expensive. After the swelling didn't go down and being in extreme pain for 4 weeks I decided I'd better go see a doctor. So sure enough after the Xrays were taked I found out that two of my fingers in my habd were broken severely. The doctor said that I needed to go see a hand specialist so that monday just three days later I went to go see that hand specialist. In between the time I went to the doctor and hand specialist I had recieved a priesthood blessing and I had said many prayers and asked others to say prayers in my behalf in hopes that my hand might heal. Well just three days later when I went to the hand specialist he said that my hand had healed perfectly! It was a modern day miracle!
