Exegesis
Immediately after telling us that we shouldn't worry about the "morrow" because we have enough willfull disobedience to repent of each day (3 Ne 13:34), the Lord seems to be reminding us not to worry about the sins of others, but to remain primarily responsible for our own sins (vs.5).
