While serving as a missionary in Vienna I met a man who was dissilusioned about organized religion in general. Among the things that he used to support his skepticism is a contradiction in the more modern editions of the Lutheran Bible as opposed to the 1844 edition. The 1844 edition says, “Although worms destroy my body I know that in my flesh I shall see God.” My 1912 edition says “Although worms destroy my flesh I know that without my body I shall see God.”

This is an important difference. But, it is not that different from the KJV which says, "And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God." The Marginal note in my pre LDS edition of the King James Bible says, "Or, After I shall awake, though this body be destroyed, yet without of my flesh shall I see God."

This leads me to wonder, given the time when the book Job actually came into being, if it is not referring to the spirit world rather than the resurrection.
