• most comments would be entered like this
• it's only a slight change from the current policy
• the verse heading is made by using the definition heading ";Verse 1" (a preceding semi-colon)

Verse 2

• verses with only one comment would look like this

Verse 3 : A multi-pagrapraph comment

A multi-paragraph comment would look like this. It's a little confusing since you can't simply use a colon to designate the sub-title. Instead, I had to use the command:

"; Verse 3 <nowiki>:</nowiki>" A multi-pagrapraph comment"

This problem could be avoided by using a dash as shown below, but I think it looks ugly when you try to do multi-verse commentary (also see below).

• bullet 1 here would be used for bullets in the multi-pargarph comment
• bullet 2 if needed

Verse 3 - Other comments

• When there is a multi-paragraph comment for a verse, single-paragraph comments could be grouped together in a separate definition entry like this.
• Notice the dash here looks nice, but not below.

Verses 3 - 15 - Multi-verse commentary

See how the dash looks a bit confusing? Also, notice that I started this new line with a colon by typing:
